past due!

Well, this baby is officially a slow-cooker. We'll see when the day will come that he's ready to arrive! : ) Yesterday, the due date, I felt quite a bit of action and thought just maybe it was going to happen. But, no. We are all still waiting here!

But, a milestone was reached yesterday, March 30th, 2009! Ally peed on the potty. It was pretty amazing! she's going to be a fast learner, I just know it! We aren't teaching her right now. I had just taken off her diaper before putting her in the bathtub and she starting going. So, I have a little Winnie the Pooh Potty right there in the bathroom and she sat right on it and went!

We celebrated the moment and moved on. she'll be ready soon enough for the full-on potty challenge.

Dec. 17th Fun

Ally just loves to come into her room, pull 20 books off the book shelf, sit down and read to herself. It is so fun to watch her take it all in!

We haven't taken pictures off our camera since May!! Goodness, a lot has happened between May and mid-July: Ally's first birthday, a family visit from Dad, and visit from Leslie, etc!
